Special Needs Vacation Bible School Information
Family By Faith Worship Center is so excited to be offering this Vacation Bible School to our children with special needs and their families. Each night children will be learning about the love of Christ and his special purpose for their lives. We ask that you pack a snack for your child each night as we will have time set aside for snack during the VBS. Parents will be invited to attend a Bible study while their children are attending the VBS activities. Immediately following the Bible study, there will be a presentation by various professionals on topics of interest to families of children with disabilities. Presenters include an attorney specializing in special needs wills and trusts, an OT, an orthopedic surgeon and a pediatrician. On Thursday night, we would like to invite parents to stay for a dinner provided by Chick-fil-A. This will be a great time for fellowship with one another. Childcare will be offered for siblings up to age 5 each night of VBS so that both parents have the opportunity to stay.
